The School

Tenidiomas is a teaching centre accredited by the Instituto Cervantes and offers Spanish language tuition at all levels. We have been successfully organising courses here in Jerez since 1985 and offer a variety of different study options. Students of all ages come to Jerez to practice and improve their Spanish: be they individuals, school groups or adult groups travelling together seeking a more personalised programme of study combined with excursions and activities.

Our teachers are all native Spanish speakers with specific ELE teaching qualifications, using a communicative teaching method that, combined with the unforgettable experience of living in Jerez, means students soon improve their spoken fluency and confidence in using Spanish to communicate as they progress during their course.

As an Instituto Cervantes examination centre Tenidiomas also offers students the opportunity to obtain the SIELE official Spanish language accreditation at the end of their stay, levels A1 to C2 according to the Common European Framework, and thus return home not only having improved their language skills but also having obtained a differentiating factor to add to their their CVs.

Jerez, with its winding cobble-stoned streets lined with orange trees, is the ideal destination for those who wish to experience the traditional Andalusian way of life. Located strategically between the sierra mountains and the Atlantic coastline, life in Jerez is far removed from the mass international tourism of the coastal towns or provincial capitals. Jerez also provides the perfect base from which to explore the rest of the province and courses at Tenidiomas offer the possibility to delve into the authentic world of Flamenco, Sherry and the famous Carthusian Arab horses.
